One thing we can say with confidence about Irwin’s is that people who come to work for us stay here. We don’t know why, but we certainly don’t have a problem with it! It might be the customer-oriented atmosphere, or the friendly and family-like work environment, but what ever it is, it works to help you, the customer, our reason for being here.

From our oldest employee, Jack, started with Irwin’s in 1969 to any of our relatively newer employees (many of whom have been here 10+ years), every one of us at Irwin’s is an expert at what we do. We have to be. It’s what makes us Irwin’s Bike & Sports!
