My adventure at Irwin’s Bike and Sports has been great since I joined the team a month or so ago. I’ve gotten the opportunity to meet and converse with various people who all have different goals on cycling. It’s been a great experience working here at Irwin’s and helping people get out there.

Wednesday’s ride was quite an adventure. I started out thinking it will be an easy day, but actually got quite the workout. Our very own Darrik was busting it. I think it’s the first time I’ve seen him really crank it out. It must be his new massive sprocket. Next time you see him, be sure to encourage him to ride a little faster.

Also, the off road sycamore trails by the river have opened up and are in great condition. I’m getting pretty excited to get some mountain biking in this year. It has been a while since I’ve really gotten myself out there, but am looking forward to getting back into it with the newly purchased Specialized Epic Comp.
