Irwin’s is my favorite place to shop! When I walk in there, they don’t look at me as a way to unload inventory. They know how I ride, they ask where I’ve been riding, and genuinely want to know how to keep the experience enjoyable. My children have grown up with Irwin’s products and it is the perfect place to shop for all ages. When they were young, and would abuse or outgrow their rollerblades and bikes quickly, Irwin’s sold me the appropriate equipment at excellent prices. As they became older, and their needs and intersts changed, I still found the right equipment and good advice at my favorite store.

Hats off to your staff at your store. The service that I recieved was a pleasant surprise from what I have encountered in other bicycle shops in Ames and Des Moines. They did a fantastic job of answering all my questions. Unlike other places, they were professional and showed interest in helping me. Specifically Steve did a great job helping me. I know that answering questions and acting professional are to be expected (other shops don’t do that) but your staff did all the extras that made me feel much more comfortable with my purchase than previous bicycle purchases. If anyone asks for my suggestion on where to go for bicycling needs I will recommend ‘IRWINS’. Thank you for your time.
