Great day for a ride

I went out to ride 2 hours today and went just about 38 miles,half going north into the slight headwind on pavement. Then coming south with the wind on gravel.Finally I actualy warmed up and had to shed layers.Anyway I felt comfortable on the bike and no pain during or after so a little more fittness and I’ll be ready for Trans Iowa. As I hope and pray for good weather with little or no WIND!!! Later Kyle
