Just another fantastic new update from Irwin’s. Our sale was so much fun, it’s still going on. For those who missed a class or two, a summary: 10% off one clothing item, 15% off two, 20% off three or more items. This makes socks a great thing to pick up for a couple reasons. First, who can’t use more socks? Secondly, when you add them to any other sale item, you get 5% more off both, which means if you’re buying a $60+ item, adding some socks is basically getting free socks, and more than $60 means you’re getting socks, plus more money off. Pretty sweet, huh?

We’re still riding on Wednesdays, starting to get a few more people showing up too, so if you start coming now, you won’t be the only noobie, so don’t be afraid. We are going to ride on Valentines’s Day, with the high possibility of surprises/treats. Have your dates either weekend, ride on Wednesday. Sunday was such a big hit, we’re going to do it again.

I guess that brings us to the “etc” portion of the update, um, I guess the only thing I could mention is that the update below this, was supposed to go in Kyle’s blog but he screwed it up, and put it on the front page, it was applicable so we left it. Mark aslo updated his blog today. That’s all.

I am totally not a morning person. Not that I’d rather stay in bed all day, but I don’t like getting up before I’m ready. Plus my body wants to be active for 20 hours then sleep for 7, or at least that’s how it feels most of the time. Problematically, once I’ve cooked and eaten dinner, I don’t feel like working out. Not surprising because after work once I accomplish all of that, it can be approaching 9 pm, and I just want to relax. In order to get more time to work out, I might have to try getting up much earlier, and working out before work. I’m not sure I want to do this but it might be the only way. The Y opens at 5am, but closes at 10. Definitely unfair to night owls. I really gotta find more time to train.

It appears the three hour long spin session was sumwhat a hit ,as we are doing it again this sunday  Feb  4th. I cleaned up the new Epic to put on display, switched tires to specialized SLK Fastrack took just slightly over 1 lb off the wheel weight-awsume.Anyway if your coming Sun 8am to 11am as the store opens at Noon.1st week I finished 50mi in the time 3hrs shooting for 55 this week.Moovies American Flyers and ? see ya there.
