Mornings
I am totally not a morning person. Not that I’d rather stay in bed all day, but I don’t like getting up before I’m ready. Plus my body wants to be active for 20 hours then sleep for 7, or at least that’s how it feels most of the time. Problematically, once I’ve cooked and eaten dinner, I don’t feel like working out. Not surprising because after work once I accomplish all of that, it can be approaching 9 pm, and I just want to relax. In order to get more time to work out, I might have to try getting up much earlier, and working out before work. I’m not sure I want to do this but it might be the only way. The Y opens at 5am, but closes at 10. Definitely unfair to night owls. I really gotta find more time to train.
