Training update
Well, the weight training is going pretty well, I’m feeling a bit stronger, even if I’m not actually lifting any more weight. My legs are getting less angry when I force them to sit on the trainer for 45+ minutes. I just need to keep forcing myself to do cardio. I might try running outside if the weather stays in the upper 20s. I just get so bored when I have to do that stuff indoors. Speaking of which, you’re invited to come suffer with Kyle and me on Sunday morning. We are going to attempt a 3 hour long trainer ride. We’ll be watching a movie or two, and maybe some bike dvds. We’ll get started around 8am, and go until 11. Should be painful and hopefully not boring.
